My name is Andonia fthenakis
I am the creator of the Fascic Field™ Method, a structured approach to sound and embodied practice that supports balance, clarity, and relational coherence across diverse populations. This work guides individuals from density into flow, activation into expansion, and ultimately into integrated presence, The work spans private clients, corporate wellness environments, and public school communities, serving children, families, educators, creatives, and organizational leaders. Through the Academy, private mentorship, community programs, professional trainings, and immersive retreats, I equipt individuals and groups with practical tools to cultivate grounded presence, emotional steadiness, and embodied leadership in everyday life.

A progressive embodied program that transforms density into flow, rhythm, and resonance. Through guided touch, cyclical movement, and vibrational sound, the body reorganizes, supporting healthy vagal regulation and restoring internal balance — creating coherence within the body’s systems.
